Caleb Rhoadermer Electronic fraud no services delivered

I found this individual through a professional message board (Real Estate Brokers). He was recommended by one of the brokers on the message board (seemed reputable). The individual was to do website optimization for me. He did nothing, though he claimed he was doing something? Or was about to do something any day. These claims and promises went on for a couple months. I have worked extensibly on my websites over the years. He did nothing. Well, I saw a post by another broker on the message board saying that Caleb Rhoadarmer had robbed him. That broker had sent electronically $700 for Website optimization and received nothing but the constant week by week claim that work would be done and finally that a refund would be coming. The defrauder always claims he is doing some work on the website, but nothing is done. I paid the individual $600 through PayPal as a electronic check transfer. I took the matter up with my bank and PayPal and both said they could do nothing because the transfer of funds was electronic. Apparently Caleb Rhoadarmer prays on out-of-towners who pay electronically.

Also there was a real sweet Broker who recommended him. She proved to be confusing. She said she quit him too because he wasn't doing anything. She may have deluded herself into thinking something had changed on her website and nothing probably had. I of course checked my Internet stats and they were actually getting worse a bit, no improvement. As far as the code on the site it was the same code I put there. The other broker he defrauded is branding Caleb as just simply a crook who uses religion as a confidence game and I totally agree. He also is prolific emailer and liar. He appears to concoct all sorts of tails to explain why he does nothing and why you have not received your refund, when the work doesn't show up.
