Changed my address, unuathorized magazine subscription, false reporting of receiving

I signed up for Gamefly with the half-off rate for 2 games out for the first month. The first 2 weeks were fine. Somewhere around the 3rd or 4th week my address was changed to an address that does not exist. I signed up with a credit card and the address on file with my credit card. Games were coming to my home at the correct address. It was later changed and upon questioning, was told that they got it from the USPS. Checking with the USPS, my valid address comes up, the address that they switched mine to does not. It was not a normal US address, it did not begin with numbers.
Games that took 2-3 day for them to receive started to take 5-7 days. I live in the next state from the shippping center. Recently I had to report a game lost in the mail after they did not acknowledge receipt of the game. When I sent the game back, I got an email asking when I received it. They know I received it and sent it back because it was scanned by the USPS.
I believe this game was not lost, just withheld by Gamefly until they determine
it's time for you to receive another mailing. I'm not finishing games in 1 days, I usually have the games for 5-14 days. They claim the games are in High demand so they can't ship them, yet when I add them they are in low demand, and upon sending the game back, all my games become high demand. I have read this has happen to quite a few people.
I wrote the BBB and complained. I got a credit for 14 days off the next month, which means in order to benefit, I had to stay a member. It would have been better to refund that amount as the service I received does not make up for the credit. Now it seems that complaining to the BBB has made me the victim of reprisal. I now have an unathorized charge for a magazine subscription to a bike magazine. I wonder where it came from as gamefly was the only company on my credit card number. I don't even own a bike. But those tactics by Gamfly are now finished as the card has been cancelled.
What a fraud Gamefly is, and it is sad that the only way people find this out is after being taken advantage of by Gamefly.
I have kept most emails from Gamefly, as well as some mailers they sent, including the address change they did on me, in hopes that one day someone takes them on, and I can be of some help in their case against Gamefly.
