Acs Spencer Reed
Victim of fraud or scam

I received a call from a man stating his name is Spencer Reed and that he was with a co. Named ACS Legal. He told me that an affidavit has being signed against me, because I had taken a loan out with fast cash and that I had not repaid the loan.

HE later stated that he needed the name of my attorny and that I were going to need legal representation. I tried to explain to him that he had the wrong person and that I did not recieve a loan from fast cash.

He knew the name of the bank I do business with and he had an acount # and my email address and my phone #. I DON'T know who this is or why someone is playing games. I am in a readjusting period in my life I've expereinced major illness in my family and I'm trying to keep my sanity and keep my family together I don't need this right now.

I hope who ever it is that's doing this will stop. Please if any one is out there that can stop this type of behavior and can crack down on internet fraud please do so.
