Misrepresentation of services

Elite Personal Search represented themselves as having an extensive database in which they matched like people in PHoenix. I emailed several times and finally they responded with a "match" after I complained. The match wasn't really what I was looking for and when I questioned the match I was told that sometimes "opposites attract" which is completely opposite of their sales pitch..

I am now being transferred out of Phoenix and I'm having problems getting my contract dissolved despite no matches or dates ever being produced. I am moving more then 50 miles out of their range of services and should qualify for refund but I have heard very little since mentioning my company transferring me..

I paid an awful lot for thier service which I never recieved and now that I'm not able to use it I'm getting the silent treatment on how to resolve our contractual agreemnet together. Can anyone help me?
