Staples Staples Rebate rip-off!

I purchased a 50 pack of CD-Rs on 01/04/01 from Staples with a $10 rebate. I filled out the forms and information required and was supposed to receive the rebate in 8 to 10 weeks.
It is now 07/27/01 and still have not heard anything from them.
The original rebate offer was from www.tcarebates.com at 800-390-2344. Prime Peripherals Staples Rebate offer #39. P.O. Box 821, New Rochelle, NY 10802-0821. I called them and they refered me to 781-986-3960, Prime Peripherals, 283 Acentre St, Holbrook, MA 02343 and I still can't get a straight answer.
