Charged $100.00 in fraudulent charges on my ATM card

The fraud dept. Of the bank called to notify us of an unusual charge to our ATM card. Asknet-shops.com billed our card $100.00. Before the bank even called us they denied the charge and cancelled our card. This company must have a really bad reputation if the bank is denying charges before calling the customer!
