Com stopped shipping diapers and took my 500 dollars for a years supply

I signed up with the newdiaperclub.com thru ebay in October my deliveries started in November. I got deliveries from November to March, ALWAYS LATE! After dialing around 100 times and sending 100's of emails I finally got "Amy" and she said they would add an extra month at the back of my 1year supply of diapers and will send some free wipes in my April delivery. However I have not received any diapers since April! And no one is responding to emails (Contact@NewDiaperClub.com or planitpalooza@gmail.com) or answering the phone (910-399-1368) anymore. It has been also 2 months of no diapers and no email responses. Please, someone help us here. They said that they received around 2000 orders in April, imagine how much money they are getting from people who really work! As other people have mentioned, their website is still up so they can continue ripping off people. How can we get our money back? They don't even belong to BBB!!!
