Deducted 99.00 from account when i didn't agree to terms and conditions Nationwide

I was looking online at different credit companies. I filled out a form for this company and before I submitted anything I read all the terms and conditions. I then seen that their credit card was for only a shopping web site so I did not agree to contract. A week later I find out that they deducted 99.00 from my bank account without my consent, I never agreed. I have tried to call numerous times and never get an answer. I am very upset that I can't even reach a person or even a machine.
