The vendor promises avatars or caricatures at an attractive price and promising a turnaround of one business week.

After placing my order and completing payment however, the vendor just fell silent. He then did everything he could to avoid fulfilling the order and I had to track him down using his domain registrant information (WHOIS). Filing a claim with the merchant was extremely difficult and the process took more than 8 weeks.
