Www.affiliatesprog.com cheated me online as it is big scam!

I joined the web www.affiliatesprog.com november that they pay 1.5$-3$ per referral and 150$ payout. They have terms that 45 days from signup date is needed to payout. But i reached the deadline a long ago, but yet iam not paid though i have a/c balance of 250$. I contacted the support team many times but iam not get a proper reply. Lated i understand that iam cheated and it is big scam website. Also they are earning 100$/referral from ipower from each affiliate and telling that they pay 1.5-3$ out of 100$/referral which is daytime theft and also they not paying that 1.5-3$ even.
