Con Artists, Pray on people for their money, false promises

I was called two or more times a day to send money for their web page. After several weeks to a month they had a real low offer just for me, they said they had a real low offer right now just for me, only at this time.

Now the price was only $2,500 down from some $6,000 they first wanted from me. I let them charge my visa. Than they came back and said they needed another $9,500 to get my web page going.

After this charge I told them I wanted out, no money was coming in to me from this. Visa brought back all but $7,000 which they are still holding.

They said they ran adds about this so called web page costing $7,000. Funny thing is all the other web sites under them all look the same. They told me this was my web page and would not put my e-mail on the page, I asked several times. I sent a letter asking Mr. Rayan Helms to refund my $7,000 but have yet to receive it since last June 20. Would like to see a clase action suite against this company.
