Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I saw news report last night. I have a 16 year old son plays games on the computer. I recieved bill for $ 253.28 back in january. Account # al30192970.

I called several people to find out where this came from and how to fight it. Finally i ended up at the state attorney general office and was told. There are no laws for the internet and basiclly their was nothing i could do about this.

Til this day i have not paid this and do not intend paying.
