We're a producer in Long Beach CA. It's very important to us our equipment is working properly. While among our devices needed an upgraded component, we requested from Mara Industrial Present. Your alternative component was to appeared UPS ground within 5 business days. About the 6th time, we began calling Mara to ask about the standing of our purchase. We weren't ready to achieve a Mara consultant until evening 8. The Mara consultant mentioned costs to the charge card have been corrected as Mara was sold-out on our component. We mentioned a verification notice from Mara was obtained on April 1, showing the component have been delivered. Your purchase was initially put into March and our device continues to be out-of operation since that time. The Mara consultant was not able to provide any recommendations. I requested to talk to a boss or supervisor, he wasn't available.
