Insufficient Information

I recently bought websites from 3XP Web and was told by the salesperson that they would be up and running, ready to start making money in TWO weeks. This was not true. Their indication was that they were building the websites to where they would be selling quickly by the method they used. What they did not tell me was that I had to list all the products myself, do all the site optimizations, pricing, and I don't know yet what else they will say I have to do to complete the sites. I was definitely told that they do the marketing. So if this company tells you they will build you a website, you need to know that they are only speaking of the cover sheet!!! Then when you do all the rest, it will get marketed. All I knew how to do was read my email and I emphatically told the salespersons this fact. I am completely computer illiterate. This has been an awful upset to me and I am very old and unable to spend much time at the computer. Someday maybe they will get done. If I don't die first! I have heard the phrase "Oh don't worry, we'll help you" until it makes me sick.
