Refuse to refund money even thought the web site states 30 day money back guarantee

I unwittling download this anti-viral program called "Personal Anitvirus software" on 4/18/09 which by the way acts like a virus. The next day I deleted the program, notified them by email that the product does not work properly and to please issue a refund. It states on my receipt that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. Since then I have gotten numerous response asking for addition information. All the information asked for was provided and they still refuse to refund the money.
