Failure to deliver product or refund money

The following product was not delivered nor was I able to obtain a refund of the $248 spent. I was unable to reach the company and my bank was unable to dispute the charge as it was beyond the bank's 60 day cut off for disputes. I had provided additional time for the order as it was stated that this was a prerelease offer. I received the solicitation from an email sent to me to which I responded. When researching the company, I did not find any negative information at the time. It is my hope that others will also post their feedback so as to alert anyone else who may fall to this scam.
