Awful experience

I purchased $300 value of products from Vitamin World & had a account together for ten years. They'd a-1-year guarantee on almost all their items and so I felt secure. Which was, till I was unhappy with their goods. I purchased 4 containers of shark cartilage to get a buddy nevertheless when she discovered they have been remembered before, she was not so certain about them-so I delivered it for them to get a return. The Next item I returned was a youngsters' supplement gummy that was all sweaty after I popped the container.

I returned 5 containers in a large container from an Oriental nation since that is where I stay. When I visit the Claims, I fill up on products for my friends and me. Well, after a few months without any information, I chose to follow-up. No reaction the first twice I sent them & following the 3rd period, they stated that they've no report & required a shipping tracking number. I gave them the bill and quantity & they stated there's no report whatsoever which was the finish of it.

I'll never purchase from their website again!
