We opened a subscription at a supposed cost of $4.87 but when we could not even sign on we cancelled the order immediately.

We now find that the cost was not $4.87 but $39.73 (which gets billed twice!) As we are unable to get signed on we cannot contact them to raise our concerns or ask for our money back. There are no contact details, no email address or telephone numbers.

Avoid 'em like the plague!
