Getting charged for product not wanted

I requested professional activ and was provided vita energy like a free gift. They charged my card 30 days later. I captured the cost within the impending standing and named the organization to discover what it had been. They advised me the free item was placed on a normal purchase. I told them I didnt need item plus they stated I couldnt stop purchase it'd been delivered. And so I requested to get a following range for that cargo. They couldnt give me one since item hadn't actually been drawn in the ledge. I believe if it wasnt ripped they ought to have now been ready to stop it.
