I 0rdered following day shipping of blossoms to some memorial. I put the purchase at 8:00 P.M. On April 15th for shipping at 11:00 A.M. On April 16th. I obtained a telephone call at 9:45 from the customer support broker declaring the order couldn't be finished simply because they do not start until 8:39 and there is virtually no time to accomplish the purchase. I named an area florist after I got off the telephone at 10:00and these were ready to provide the blossoms from the 11:00 memorial period. The internet advertisement suggests that there is same-day shipping available I required same-day shipping after which was informed that ther wasn't the full time between 8:30 to 11:00 to provide the blossoms.
