Fraudulent charges

I've been an AOL client for over 10 years. About 2 yrs before, I bought DSL through Rent Communications but I needed to maintain my AOL mail addresses. AOL provided me a for $ 9.99 monthly. I got it. For around twelve months, I had been billed $ 9.99 monthly on my bank card. Then all a quick, I had been billed $ 109.99 on my bank card.

Instantly upon understanding of the mistake, I approached AOL by mail and approached my credit union to see both this was an error that must be fixed. After composing many e-mail to each AOL and my credit union, I've not obtained one cent of the return.

I love AOL being an ISP. Nevertheless, their sales and customer support guidelines are terrible. For me, AOLis exercise of getting a money or charge card significantly more than they've been approved to cost is scam and really should be handled as a result.

I understand the additional costs, etc-are not errors since when they were errors when the errors were delivered to client providers' interest they'd be fixed. No such luck with this particular organization.

I'm extremely ashamed that the organization of the dimension might proceed to make the most of their clients.
