Brian Castellano Elite corporate funding is a complete scam Florida

My partner and I called Elite coporate funding in early Jan. 09. We were looking for business funding. We spoke to Brian Castellano and he stated he could get us $40k in funding and $200k in credit cards; if we paid him $1500.00. We filled out all the papperwork and deposited the money into his Wachovia account.

The website and Mr. Castellano are VERY convincing. However ask yourself this; why would the "company" only have a cell phone with no professional answering service, and no verifiable address. Secondly "they" give you no proof that "THEY" actually sign the contracts that you send back to them.

After 45 days which is the guaranteed time you should recieve funding or your money back (which is statedon the website); Brian informs me that the contracts actually state that they 60 days to provide funding. So after 60 days Brian informs me that we have to pay another $299 each for documents fees before we can receive our funding.

We went to pay the extra fees and we were told by the bank teller that the account was frozen because of fraud. I called Brain and told him about the account being frozen. He said he would look into it and called me back. That was on March 16. Since then he has never called me back or answered his phone. He will not answer emails and no matter what time of day it is, his email sates that he is away. Needless to say I haven't received my refund.

This is a very ELABORATE SCAM, but a SCAM nonetheless. PLEASE DO NOT give this man your money I gurantee you will regret it.
