IncEGM Services Got a bill but no web page

I signed up for a web page through this company. They were suppost to set up a page for me where I could send them my information and tell my story and accept donations from people.

All I got was a bill from EGM services through paypal. I went to their web sight and tried to figure out how to submit my story but could not figure out how. The only thing the sight had was different ways to sign up for a web page but no way to submit your information after you've signed up. I e-mailed them and waited three days and got no response. Then I tried calling them and all I got was a recording directing me to their web page again. So again I typed in my question asking how do I send in my information so my web page can be set up. Again I got no response.

This was a couple of days ago their web sight says that they try to answer email within 24 hours and to wait 72 hours before e-mailing again. Well I waited three days between these e-mailings and got no response either time. I'm a little bit upset over this I'm sure you can see. If you want a hassle free web page set up for you, don't go to these people because it's certainly not hassle free!
