Asked me for bank account info and then charged my account $39.96 they wont answer the phone or return calls

I was sent an email from electrogear stating that they would finance a new computer regardless of credit history. I went to their site and the asked me to fill out some details about myself and some bank info. I gave them the info and later called to check on the finance department decision. After 5 calls to them and leaving messages I decided to give up. Went on line today to find that my account was charged $39.96 and called them again to ask why and there was no answer. I have not been able to speak to anyone at that number regardless of what time I call.
