Tried to scam me, may have succeeded

They are trying to use a real company as their base but the real company Tom's Custom Computer http://www.tomscustomcomputer.com is not affilliated with David Lee or Elizabeth Shreve. They have a notice on their site under contact us about the scam and report the 2 known email addresses they use. I too was asked to open a checking and savings account with Bank of America. I did so without having to make any deposit fortunately. My bank caught the fraud before I realized it and have a hold on my account. Unfortunately that makes my account useless so now I have a checking account I can't use for direct deposit. Which I feel more secure having my paycheck sone with direct deposit as I know the funds have to be there before they can deposit my paycheck.
