Ripoff, fraudulet Billing for Called supposedly made on Computer not even hooked up yet

I received a bill for $48.90 for a call that I was to have made on 4/11/03 at 4:01am, to an Adult Site. The problem is that I was getting a new computer and did not have one hooked up at that time. My new computer came in on 4/10/03 but was not hooked up until 4/13/03 when it was removed from the shipping box. I do not visit Adult Sites I am a single parent and at 4:01am I am still sleeping. I do not understand how a call can be made from a line that did not have a computer hooked up to it.
