Ripoff, the only thing i could get activated was my charge, 4 emails to the company and no response ripoff artists fraud

Tried to download for a 3 day trial. Downloaded ok, but couldn't get it activated. Tried using their help on line, nothing worked. Then emailed their help line, which never answered my requests. I don't even know if someone looked at them.
