A charge for a non-existant service

I could have written the report word for word as the other entry against this company.

This company claimed I signed up for the service through a coupon company. I do not now or ever sign up for coupon services. They could not even get my name correct.

I have been charged $13.73 for the past several months. I have called after each billing cycle and either was hung up on or left on hold (once for 2 hours).

When asking for a supervisor I was told they did not exist. Please! I asked how I could access this service and was told they did not know.
