My debit card was charged 11.89 on 3/24/09 by W3 tech solutions. I googled the name and the first listing is the consumer complaints with other people getting the same charge! I called the number provided by my bank attached to the transaction & of course it's disconnected. Searched for the website & it's "under construction". My bank confirmed this as a fraudulent transaction & reversed the charge. How do these people get caught!?!?!?!
