Do not purchase! This is a scam there is no trial don't be fooled!

Do not purchase from GNS they are a complete rip off! I was told that when I signed up for the Acai Berry Edge Elite free trial that I would only have to pay $3.97 for the shipping charges... False I paid $4.09 for shipping, ok that was the first red flag, I was then told that my vitamins would be shipped to me within 2 business days... Yet again another red flag it took almost 2 weeks for them to arrive, after finally recieving the vitamins I called GNS to ask why $4.09 was deducted from my account and not the $3.97 that I was advised online, she didn't have an answer for me so I asked to talk to a supervisor. They put me in touch with their "second tier" customer service department??? Ok... So I talked to a gal named 'Lynn" she advised me that $4.09 was the right charge so I explained to her that I felt it was false advertising, that if it is going to be $4.09 than customers need to be advised of that charge up front.

After consuming the product for almost two weeks, I checked my account balance and found out that GNS had deducted $83.00 from my acct. Furious I called GNS and demanded an answer, I was told that if the vitamins were NOT returned within 21 days of the initial "FREE TRIAL" date that I would be charged the full price of the vitamins, now mind you it took almost 2 weeks to recieve the product! I only used the product for two weeks and now I was being charged the full price. I was then told that I was set up for "Auto ship" and that if I didn't cancel that then I would automatically be charged $83.00 every two months for the vitamins... THIS IS A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE "FREE TRIAL", THERE IS NO SUCH THING!

GNS is a fraudulant company and if I can get my story out there maybe they will no longer be in business and continue to rip off consumers as they have done to me!
