Paypal paid unauthroized charges to my account through sister company skype which I never agreed to

Paypal paid unauthroized charges to my account through sister company skype which I never agreed to and it came directly out of my bank account I disputed it through the resulition center and got a bunch of bull so I called and the csr didnt file a claim so I called agian some one elese did and here I am still no money refunded they said only after they speak with skype and it deems to be in my favor but other wise Im screwed
