They processed full membership fee prior to my receipt of product. Shipping fee was to be the only charge for free trial

There was to be no charge for a 15 day trial period. I called to cancel the order as soon as the product was delivered. The order was refused upon delivery. When I received my bank statement I saw that full charges were debited from my account anyway.
