Consumer (censored) ripoff

We received a two bills for access to a pornographic web site. During the dates shown on the bill for services, we were out of town. This company disconnects the telephone number of ISP and then redials a long distance number. Two bills combined totaled $250! I would like a class action suit brought against company for (censored) but don't know how to get it started! Any ideas???
