Horrible horrible horrible customer service

Definitely THE worst organization I Have ever handled. I'm today on-hold for that fifth morning in AROW because they cannot find my documents. Anytime. Anyday. I spend them each month plus they cannot actually discover my data! Nobody returns calls, they do not follow-through on something. It is like nothing actually occurred. This really is about time # 5 in per week. And nothing continues to be solved with my modem problem. NOTHING.

I'd change in a pulse if this were not a MONOPOLY.

Terrible. Simply terrible.
