SnapFish Is Misleading, Unhelpful And Doesn't Care About Customers Concerns They claim to ship orders within 3-5 days on the website but it is always 5-10 days. They Never tell you!

I ordered a set of pictures that I needed for a project in 5 days. Their website says it takes just 3-5 days for customers to get their pictures... Well when I called today (on the 6th day) they told me they won't give me a refund and that the orders take 5-10 days EVEN THOUGH THAT IS NOT ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!

I am extremely frustrated because not only was my order not arriving by the time they promised but when I called in, the outsourced India call center representatives were extremely rude and told me they "cannot help" me.
