Scam Billing, not first time ATT allowed it!

I just received my monthly ATT bill, with an additional charge from Talent & More, LLC, billed through The Billing Resource on 2/06/09. The last time I had something like this occur, it took me several hours and countless phone calls to get it resolved. I was assured by ATT that this would not happen again!
Our government needs to clamp down on this activity. It seems much too easy for a company to scam bill through the phone companies. Those who are not vigilant in watching their bills are susceptible to months of charges that become harder to get reversed.
