Sell website design services - take your money and don't finish sites or return phone calls

This company promises to build or update websites. I paid them in full, they took forever to convert my website for over $1200, then never finished it. Nor did they provide the "free training" I was promised. They started my website in Oct. 2007. My paypal buttons on my site still don't work, nor am I able to upload any images to the site. They won't return phone calls. I reported them to Better Business Burea. They refused to answer any correspondence from BBB. Then I filed a report with the Dept of justice, consumer protection division. ByRegion won't even answer any correspondence from them. Check out their rating on Better Business Bureau - it's rate an "F", which includes 'fraudulent business practices'.
