Scam and Unauthorized Charges

I recently discovered some charges on my bank account for a Google Success. I had no idea what they were for and did some research first. I discovered that it was some kind of scam and immediately called them and demanded that they return my money as I had not authorized the charges. They stated that since it was my correct information that it was not fraud and the charges were valid. I stood my ground and did not accept no for an answer. Finally I was transferred to a supervisor and this person Gerald authorized a complete reversal of the charges.

I had to stand my ground and not get ballistic and rude, just assertive and firm in what I wanted to have happen. This company also has some kind of an arrangement with another company called Fraud protection resources. The day before I had called them and gone through the same process. These are shady people that are running a very shady scam. Stay away from the Google Success Kit.
