Igor Amburg was arrested by the Northfield and Wheeling Police, with assistance from the United States Secret Service on Wednesday April 2.

He was charged with Computer Fraud and Unlawful Use of Credit Card.

The State's Attorney's Office in Cook County Illinois has taken the case.
