Bought a Free C D about govt. Grants.
30 days after the c d viewing... Cancel or order more stuff.
Did not get c d for 32 days.
Five days into the 30 bank account was attached for $39.95.
Worked up a head of steam.
Called the 800 number after receiving c d.
Talked to Arvie... Employee #7853.
Threatened a trip to the Fed Trade Commish.
Informed the conversation was being recorded for legal action if necessary.
That got lots of Attention.
Was informed my $39.95 would be seen returned to my account in 3 to 5 business days.
I gave them 5 days before i go th4e f t c wint initiation of class action suit.
Inquired as to Arvie's physical location on the planet earth.
