Does not answer phone/does not return emails/voicemail full/unprofessional all around

Stealdeal.com is (supposed to be) a "wholesaler of urban wear" although they do have some enticing pricing on their website, stay clear of these guys. When I first called them a cheesy answering machine picked up and a lady interrupted it saying "Hello, Hello", so I'm like, umm, what company have I reached and she says: "Steal Deal" as if I should have known that from "hello"... Anyway I proceed to ask about having items drop shipped to my customers and she says no, we don't do that... So I say "you don't drop ship and you're a wholesaler"?? And she says yes. She didn't even seem to know what drop ship meant, so I was like ok whatever and I got off the phone. I sent an email off to BOTH emails listed on their website asking if they drop ship. I get a reply back from "Ebby" saying yeah we drop ship, of course:...! LOL. I reply and tell him I'd like to speak with him on the phone, again when I call I get miss know it all and she's like, who are you? I'm like, just let me talk to ebby. He says yeah yeah they drop ship and He would email me a form. I never get anything from him and reply back a few days later and never get a reply back to that either. Their voicemail is now saying full, their website is not always up, I would stay clear of this company, although I did place an order on the website, I called my credit card company and they wont allow any charges come thru from these guys. I even looked them up on Google maps to see if their address was legit and it looks like a really badly run down building they are claiming to work out of. Stay clear of these guys, they will just make you and your customers mad.
