They took my US$199.99, I couldn't log in, couldn't submit articles, no response to support!

This company is a complete scam. They purport to offer the ability to submit your articles to multiple article directories.

I paid $199.99 on 18/12 on the recommendation of one of their affiliates, using Paypal.

Right from the start I couldn't even log in to the service! After multiple support requests that went unanswered, I laid a complaint with Paypal, who refused to refund my money because it is a service and not a physical good! Even though I was completely and absolutely RIPPED by these guys.

Eventually I got a response from Article Marketer, through Paypal, and they enabled my account to log in.

But I still couldn't create the article accounts with their list of directorys! Without this I couldn't submit any articles.

Stay away from article marketer - they are a scam, they'll take your money and run, not respond to support requests, and their software doesn't work.
