After unknowingly subscribing (and immediately canceling) to a memebership, I am still finding charges on my Visa account

I thought I was simply purchasing a DVD, but immediately after payment, I realized I had been tricked into joining a membership whereby my credit card would be charged monthly. Right then, I called and canceled my membership and explained why. This company is still charging one dollar a month on my credit card.

I've called them several times but each time I'm put on hold. After so many minutes of being on hold, the call is disconnected. This happens every time. I have called my bank to dispute the charges, but I want it known that this company is a fraudulent group of thieves.
