It took 9months to issue a credit after I returned non working ink cartridges and I have not received my money!

I order 15 ink cartridges, for $85.75, for my printer from clickinks.com around July of they guaranteed they would work and not one of them did. I returned them. I did not receive a response or reply to my email efforts for my money back. Nine months later, Nicole Scileppi Customer Service Representative Clickinks.com sent the following email:
Reference your email below:

Thank you for your patience while we process your return. We did receive 15 items on 4/3/08 and you now have a total of $85.75 in store credit. Please give us a call at 1-800-706-4657 with your new order request or feel free to give us a call at your convenience. This is an automated email please do not respond. Thank you again.

I called and said that I wanted my money sent to me, the customer service rep said it would take 10 business days and yet I still have not received my money, nor any response!

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau online in Florida and one other consumer protection agency, but no help so far.
