Took a deposit and 3 days later when i realized that i was basically doing all the work myself I cancelled the acct and they refused to return my money

On the 17th of February I inquired Heritage about making a web site for my new company seeing as how I know nothing about computers and I had not idea how to do it. They quoted me a price and I gave them a $280 deposit. That same day they sent me about 4 emails with insrtuctions on what to do, which included DL files and saving them and Microsoft excel programs and putting in all info and DK pics and naming things to match also a link to go to and put in everything i want placed on the web site. Now as I mentioned I know NOTHING about computer and this stuff was all a foregin language to me. I sat home for 2 days trying to figure out how to get programs into my comp to dk the files they send me and how to DL pics and put everuthing into this program. I HAD NO IDEA what i was doing. On the 3rd day I called them and I exclaimed how this was not what it should be. It was way to hard I have no idea what i was doing and If I did, I would not have hired them to do it. I felt like I was doing the web site on my own. Not to mention that it was taking me hours. This is the whole reason I hired a company to do it. So i asked for them to refund my money because I was not happy nor had they done any work on my site. They said I would get and email a few days later which i did... And it said it was reviewed and it was cancelled but i would not be getting my money back. So annoyed I write and call and dont get a call back. But two day later I get an email back saying that "i agred to their terms and conditions" which I never did! Then they gave me some Bogus IP address that does not even belong to me LOL! She said when i log into the link they send me to pick all the stuff i want on the web site i automatically accept them! All a bunch of garbage. They just want you to do all the work as they give you a ton of emails explaining to you how to do it, while they get the money for your work and LONG TIME! Dont give them any money unless you want someone to write down how to make your own website as you sit home trying to figure out what they are talking about without pulling you hair out!
