Ordered a 2 yr sub to The Economist 12/22/08; Credit card was billed that day; subscription startup was promised in "4-8 wk". After 8 wk no sub had been entered at The Economist.
2/26/08 company website was not responding; email to the help in their 12/22 "confirmation" was rejected.
They apparently took my money and never filed. Will try to recover from AMEX.
