Did NOT pay for services, will not answer phone or return email

I did an Old Navy time clock deinstall and site survey on the twelfth of December. They have not paid, and will not answer phone calls or emails.
Apparently the use of Internal Revenue documents, ie W9's would indicate they are selling that information and there by using goverment documentation for illegal profits. Whether they are also circumventing the reporting of income in the process will have to be investigated by the I.R.S.
I would suggest anyone that has had dealings with this company write a letter to the Wisconson Attorney Generals office and lodge a formal complaint.
Further I would sugest emailing all listed people, jwuolett, jfuller, dmarheine@retaildeployment.com with as many references to bombs, terrorism, Al-Quida, pedofilia, assasination plots, etc...
