The charger is "new" but generic... And it worked for 1 day... Now i pay return shipping!

Gosh, I am already so upset I don't feel like going into great detail. But I had a a laptop A/C adapter Express Mailed to me and it worked for 1 day. Then it stopped working. I noticed another post on this website has the same problem. Anyways, now I get to return it and pay for the return shipping. On something that didn't work. I hope something terribly awful happens to this company. Like they close down for instance. And all of the super-friendly people (the same person at sales/technical/press zero for operator) are reprimanded and forced to go to back to school to be polite. I want to say much worse things but you have to be careful what you say on the internet these days. Wow, am I pissed off. Unfortunately no one will see this complaint until it is too late.
