Charges Appear On Bank Statement The last few months a chnge has been on my bank statement, the bank is investigating

Suddenly I have money taken out of my account. It has taken me weeks to find a telephone # for the company
The charge is for something I do not know I have not ordered anything. The telephone line is always busy day and night I can not find out why I have these charges.
