I called googlepro customer service to cancel and get a refund, rep. Stated she would report that I refused my refund along with many other lies. Navada

02/12/09, I called to canc. And get a refund on money stolen from my bank account I did not authorized ($74.21 twice).

I was instructed to sent letter with reason for a refund, within 10 days, to get only $74.21 refunded.

Called back, 02/16/09, to get a fowarding address. The nastiess customer rep. I have ever talked to, threaten that she would report that I refuse my refund, if I report her to the authorities. She told me there was no one in authority for me to talk to and accused me of lying about the previous call.
